Nylon insert lock nuts in solid brass to ASME B18.16.6: a hex nut with a nylon ring that grips the bolt thread to resist loosening from vibration. Brass is corrosion-resistant, non-magnetic and electrically conductive, with a warm gold color for decorative hardware, electrical, plumbing, marine trim and instrument assembly. 10 thread sizes (#6-32 to 1/2-20), coarse and fine. Sold in production-volume bulk packs.
