Shipping Policy

Free US standard shipping on every order. Shipping is included in our listed prices — no extra fees at checkout for standard US delivery. We ship stainless steel fasteners throughout the United States and process orders quickly.

No Minimum Order

Order any quantity — there's no minimum subtotal on standard items. Bulk-only items have a $500 order minimum (see Bulk-Only Items below).

Processing Time

In-stock orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items may have additional lead time, noted on the product page.

Delivery Estimates

• Free US Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days after processing. USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground depending on weight.
• UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days (paid upgrade at checkout).
• UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (paid upgrade at checkout).

Bulk-Only Items

Some high-volume SKUs ship in full production packs and display a "Bulk-Only" banner. These orders ship 7–10 business days after your cart reaches the $500 bulk order minimum. The cart shows your running total against that $500 — for example, $312.40 of $500 — so you always know exactly how much more to add.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use this number to track your package directly with the carrier.
