Shipping Policy

Free US standard shipping on every order. Shipping is included in our listed prices — no extra fees at checkout for standard US delivery. We ship stainless steel fasteners throughout the United States and process orders quickly.

Minimum Order

All orders require a $25 minimum subtotal. Bulk-only items have their own supplier-minimum gating (see Bulk-Only Items below).

Processing Time

In-stock orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items may have additional lead time, noted on the product page.

Delivery Estimates

• Free US Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days after processing. USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground depending on weight.
• UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days (paid upgrade at checkout).
• UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (paid upgrade at checkout).

Bulk-Only Items

Some high-volume SKUs are drop-shipped from our supplier on demand and display a "Bulk-Only" banner. These orders ship 7–10 business days after our supplier minimum is met across compatible items in your cart. The cart shows progress toward the threshold so you always know where you stand.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use this number to track your package directly with the carrier.
