These terms govern your use of fastenio.com and any order you place with us. Fastenio is a brand operated by Fastenova LLC (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Who We Are

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; the order is accepted when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax unless stated.
• Volume pricing is applied automatically at the quantity tiers shown on each product page.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
• If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honor the error.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. See our shipping policy for details.

Returns and Refunds

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-order and custom items are not returnable unless defective. The full terms, including how to start a return, are in our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product Information and Fitness for Use

We publish thread size, material grade, finish, and dimensional data for each product, and we work to keep it accurate. Specifications, charts, and guides on this site are provided for reference only. You are responsible for confirming that a fastener is appropriate for your application, including any load, torque, corrosion, or code requirements. Nothing on this site is engineering advice.

Warranty

We warrant that products will match their stated specification and arrive free from manufacturing defects. This is our only warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Your remedy for a defective product is replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, downtime, or the cost of labor to install or remove a product.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe our or a third party's rights, scrape or resell our content or product data without permission, or interfere with the site's operation or security.

Intellectual Property

The Fastenio name, logo, site content, product photography, and technical guides are owned by Fastenova LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. The terms in effect when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
