1/4-20 Serrated Hex Flange Bolts 18-8 Stainless Steel

1/4-20 serrated hex flange bolts in 18-8 stainless steel to IFI-111. A serrated hex flange bolt carries an integral flange under the head that spreads clamp load like a built-in washer, and the underside of that flange is cut with radial serrations. As the bolt is torqued the serrations bite into the joint face, so the assembly resists loosening under vibration without a lock washer or thread locker. Common in engine and chassis work, machine frames, conveyors and equipment where a separate washer is one part too many. Fully threaded. 9 lengths (1/2" to 3"). Sold in production-volume bulk packs.
