1/8" cotter pins in 316 stainless steel, manufactured to ASME B18.8.1. Available in 2 lengths from 1" - 1-1/2". Split cotter pins bent from half-round wire, with a formed eye and two prongs, one extended for easy spreading. Pass through a cross-drilled hole in a bolt, clevis pin or shaft and bend the prongs back to lock a castle nut, clevis or linkage in place. 316 stainless adds molybdenum for better resistance to salt water and chlorides. Sold in production-volume bulk packs.
