#8 x 3/4" Phillips flat head self drilling screws (tek screws) with a #2 drill point, in case-hardened steel to IFI-113. The drill point cuts its own hole and the self-drilling thread (8-18) taps it in one step, with no pilot hole, in steel about 0.035" to 0.100" thick (20 to 12 ga). The 82° countersunk flat head sits flush in a countersunk or dimpled hole, with a #2 Phillips recess. A clear zinc plating gives light corrosion protection for indoor or dry locations. Case-hardened carbon steel is hard enough for the point to drill steel reliably. Sold in production-volume bulk packs.
