#6 x 1/2" Phillips flat head self drilling screws (tek screws) with a #1 drill point, in 410 stainless steel to IFI-113. The drill point cuts its own hole and the self-drilling thread (6-20) taps it in one step, with no pilot hole, in light-gauge steel up to about 0.050" (18 ga). The 82° countersunk flat head sits flush in a countersunk or dimpled hole, with a #2 Phillips recess. 410 is the standard self-drilling stainless: hardened so the point drills steel, and magnetic, with lower corrosion resistance than 18-8 or 316. Also available with a #2 drill point in 3/8", 5/8", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2". Sold in production-volume bulk packs.
