PEM® CLS self-clinching nuts, #6-32 UNC, in 300-series stainless steel, passivated. Press one into a 0.1875" punched or drilled hole and the knurled shank flows the surrounding sheet into its undercut, giving a permanent, flush-backed thread that will not spin or push out — ideal for enclosures, panels, brackets and grilles made from sheet too thin to tap. For aluminum or mild steel sheet up to HRB 70 / HB 125; not for stainless steel sheet. Pick the shank code by your minimum sheet thickness: CLS-632-0 (0.030"), CLS-632-1 (0.040"), CLS-632-2 (0.056") or CLS-632-3 (0.090"). Sold in packs of 500 with volume pricing from 1,000 pieces.
