#14 x 3-1/2" Phillips flat head self drilling screws (tek screws) with a #2 drill point, in 18-8 stainless steel to IFI-113. The drill point cuts its own hole and the self-drilling thread (1/4-14) taps it in one step, with no pilot hole, in steel about 0.035" to 0.100" thick (20 to 12 ga). The 82° countersunk flat head sits flush in a countersunk or dimpled hole, with a #3 Phillips recess. 18-8 stainless self-drillers are softer than 410 and are best for aluminium and light-gauge steel; for heavier steel use 410. Also available with a #3 drill point in 1", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3", 4". Sold in production-volume bulk packs.
