#10 x 1/2" hex washer head self drilling screws (tek screws) with a #1 drill point, in 410 stainless steel to IFI-113. The drill point cuts its own hole and the self-drilling thread (10-16) taps it in one step, with no pilot hole, in light-gauge steel up to about 0.050" (18 ga). The hex head has a built-in washer face that spreads the load, with a 5/16" external hex for a nut driver or socket. 410 is the standard self-drilling stainless: hardened so the point drills steel, and magnetic, with lower corrosion resistance than 18-8 or 316. Also available with a #3 drill point in 5/8", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 1-3/4", 2", 2-1/2", 3", 3-1/2", 4". Sold in production-volume bulk packs.
